Designed to target damaged hair and repair it from within, it is to be used before using Olaplex No 3. If used in conjunction with professional salon treatment, layer a generous amount of Olaplex No 3 on top of No 0 and rinse after 10 minutes.
If you’re looking for professional salon treatment, Olaplex No 1 is a Bond Multiplier that is applied to your hair at the salon. It can either be used as a standalone treatment or when changing hair colour, by mixing it in with the bleach and put onto hair foils. This is the primary treatment when using colouring products and will protect as well as repair the hair. The Olaplex No 2 Bond Perfector is then applied onto the hair once the colour service is complete and the bleach is rinsed out. It will complement the restorative agents of the previous treatments.
The final step of the treatment is Olaplex No 3. Recommended to be used once a week and before your shampoo and conditioner as a way to repair the bonds in your hair. Apply 1-3 teaspoons to dampened hair and comb through evenly.
Olaplex offer a shampoo and conditioner to complement your treatment and continue the process of restoring your hair. The shampoo being Olaplex No 4 and Olaplex No 5 conditioner. The shampoo can be used daily to strengthen and hydrate the hair and is designed to repair damaged hair and split ends. The hydrating conditioner leaves your hair smooth, Its protective formula leaves the hair weightless and refreshed. Leave on for 3 minutes before rinsing off. Colour-safe, vegan and paraben free. Suitable for all hair types.
We then have Olaplex’s range of masks and oils. First up is Olaplex No 6, A smoothing cream which can be used for a protective style. You should use after each wash by applying to the dampened hair, its anti-frizz formula will moisturise chemically-treated hair. Secondly we have a unique restorative styling oil Olaplex No 7. This oil’s aim is to restore shine and vibrance to hair without leaving it greasy, yet weightless. Plus, it provides heat protection up to 232°C and assists in rebuilding and strengthening the bonds that are damaged by hair colour or chemical treatments, meaning healthier hair in the long run.
