At the moment we are only shipping to the UK.

Please allow 3-5 working days for order processing. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Occasionally, if there is higher demand than expected, our products go onto back order. This can cause a delay of up to 2 weeks. All orders will be fulfilled as soon as products are back in stock.

Some orders may arrive separately. We fulfill products from both a fulfillment agent and our head office, meaning some orders will arrive separately. You will be able to keep track of your order status and tracking information on the order page, but please contact us with any questions.

During extremely busy periods or adverse weather condition, couriers occasionally take longer to delivery parcels. This is unfortunately outside of our control but we are happy to help locate your parcel should you experience any delays.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels that have been delivered to your stated address or chosen safe place but cannot be located following delivery.
