Limitations
To maintain the integrity of the hair, the unlimited blow dry service can only be redeemed a maximum of 3 times in one week.
Each Colour Club subscription is valid for one service per month.
Free Gifts
Unlimited Blow Dry Subscription: Free gift on joining
Colour Club Root TInt or Semi Permanent Colour: Free gifts at month 1, 3 and 5
Colour Club Toner or Gloss Refresh: Free gifts at month 1, 3, and 6
Minimum Term and Subscription Cancellation
A minimum of two months is applied to this voucher subscription. To cancel your subscription after two payments are taken, please contact contact@theltlshop.com.
Appointment Cancellation
The normal Live True London cancellation policy applies to all vouchers. Appointments may be cancelled no less than 48 hours before the appointment time. Appointments cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours before the set appointment time and any cancellation within the 48 hour period will be deemed as used. A 25% RRP charge will be incurred for the unlimited blow dry subscription. The service will be deemed as used for the month and unable to be redeemed for Colour Club subscriptions.
Additional charges
If you have long or thick hair, you may be charged an additional surcharge at your appointment. This is due to the extra time it will take to complete your service and the extra amount of product required. Any additional surcharges will be discussed with you at the consultation stage of your appointment.
Selected Stylists
Vouchers may only be redeemed with selected stylists and are subject to availability. Consultations Consultations are available to book free of charge. Please email book@livetruelondon.com to help you book in if you would like a consultation.
