Delivery

At the moment we are only shipping to the UK.

Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.

During extremely busy periods or adverse weather condition, couriers occasionally take longer to delivery parcels. This is unfortunately outside of our control but we are happy to help locate your parcel should you experience any delays.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels that have been delivered to your stated address or chosen safe place but cannot be located following delivery.

Cancellations

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

 

Issues & Queries

If you have an issue or query about your order not relating to a return, you must contact us within 10 days of placing your order.
