HOW DO I BOOK?

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to either book in. Please keep hold of the email order confirmation until the order is redeemed. Email book@livetruelondon.com with your order number to book in.

Appointments must be prebooked by emailing our Customer Care team at book@livetruelondon.com and cannot be booked directly with the salons. Any appointment booked directly with a salon will be charged at the usual original price and the voucher may not be used.

DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?

All new colour clients and clients returning past 6 months will require a patch test from any Live True salon at least 48 hours before their appointment.

WHEN SHOULD I REFRESH MY BALAYAGE?

We recommend refreshing your balayage every 6 months, and refreshing your toner every 6-8 weeks. This will keep your colour looking gorgeous and vibrant!

WHAT SALONS IS THIS AVAILABLE AT?

This offer is available for new clients at all Live True London salons - Soho, Clapham, Vauxhall and Brixton.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BALAYAGE?

Make sure to invest in quality colour safe products to keep your colour looking vibrant for as long as possible. Not sure where to start? Ask your stylist for personalised advice!
