HOW DO I BOOK?

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to either book in. Please keep hold of the email order confirmation until the order is redeemed. Email book@livetruelondon.com with your order number to book in.

Appointments must be prebooked by emailing our Customer Care team at book@livetruelondon.com and cannot be booked directly with the salons. Any appointment booked directly with a salon will be charged at the usual original price and the voucher may not be used.

DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?

You don't need a patch test for a hair cut, however if you choose additional colour services you may need a patch test. We require all new colour clients to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment.

We recommend coming back in for a trim every 6-8 weeks to keep on top of split ends and your hair looking tidy! If you have a shorter hair style you may want to book in every 4-6 weeks.
